Yes, we are professionals and we provide a written, legal contract to each of our clients that clearly describes all details to your event.
Throughout our discussions and planning, you will work closely with the DJ performing at your wedding to ensure that your wedding is a success.
We feel that the success of your wedding depends on the personal interaction between you and the DJ prior to the wedding. So, yes, we offer a no-cost initial consultation to discuss your wedding DJ needs.
We will hold a date for you when the initial payment is received.
Our DJs have been performing at weddings for over 25 years. Each has performed at hundreds of successful wedding celebrations.
We think there are three things that make us unique amongst the DJ competition; first, we will work with you to plan out your wedding DJ/MC needs, and are also ready to provide additional assistance with the coordination with your other vendors; second, we commit to dedicate the time and energy necessary to make your event a success; and third, we love our jobs…and so spending hours preparing for your special event is something we take very seriously, simply put, we don’t leave anything to chance.
Our DJs are trained and ready to be as interactive as you want them to be. Our experience in Radio and MCing gives us the flexibility to handle any emcee duties you may want, including making all announcements.
We recommend a “final” meeting 30 days prior to your wedding to finalize any pending details.
Unfortunately most of our functions are private affairs and we do not have the authority to have uninvited guests show up at a private wedding. Think about your wedding, would you want your DJ to bring along uninvited guests to your celebration?
Our DJ will work with you to create a list of music selections for your wedding that includes must-play songs and songs/music you do not want played as well as the genres of music you and your guests will enjoy.
We encourage our clients to submit their request lists and final event details 30 days in advance.
That will depend on your instructions to our DJ. We are happy to accommodate requests, but will always adhere to your preference.
Our DJs will always arrive at least a full hour before their scheduled start time in order to have adequate time to set up and get organized before the wedding.
Our typical attire for a wedding has been a dark suit & tie, but based on consultation with clients, we can be dressed in a tuxedo or “dress-down” if the wedding is less formal…but it will be based on client instructions.
We use the industry standard for deposits of 50%.
Your cost will be based on the package you select. Each package includes the DJ/MC, professional DJ system, basic lighting package and consultation.
If booked in advance (during initial contract signing) our overtime rate is $100 per 30 minute increments. If booked on the day of the event, the rate is $200 per 30 minute increments.
Yes, we hold a $2,000,000 liability insurance policy.
We use only professional grade DJ equipment, including Numark, Cerwin Vega, Senheisser, Peavey, American DJ, Chauvet.
Yes, our DJs will have a full backup system in the event of an equipment malfunction.
All of our DJ packages include a basic lighting show package which can be upgraded to a Platinum package that includes full uplighting effects.
